The role involves developing cutting-edge software solutions for geospatial data analysis and visualization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating existing software systems

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining software applications
  • Collaborating with project managers and developers
  • Testing and debugging software
  • Providing technical support to users

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with geospatial libraries and frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)

Skills

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
