Electronics Engineer – AI & Robotics Location: RemoteType: ContractPay: $50–$90 USD per hourOpenings: 100 Apply your electronics engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. In this role, you’ll review videos of robotic systems and provide technical annotations that help AI models understand electrical and electronic components, behaviours and interactions. No previous AI experience is required — your engineering knowledge is what matters. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Review and annotate robotic system videos, providing feedback on electrical and electronic systems.• Analyse electrical schematics and system diagrams relating to robotics.• Identify and explain electronic events, anomalies and system functions visible in video footage.• Write clear technical annotations and explanatory notes for machine learning specialists and engineering teams.• Help refine annotation guidelines to improve accuracy and consistency.• Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams to clarify requirements and share insights. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.• Substantial expertise in electrical system design, analysis and troubleshooting.• Experience with robotics, automation or mechatronic systems.• Confidence interpreting electrical schematics and documenting technical observations.• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to remote collaboration. Experience analysing or annotating technical videos and images is beneficial, but not essential.
