About the role

This position may require access to information, technology, or materials subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Any offer of employment will be contingent upon TT Electronics' review of the candidate's eligibility to access export-controlled information in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors, and power supply products.
  • Work independently and reliably within a team, displaying process integrity and consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality standards and lead by example in alignment with Core Values.
  • Hold J-STD-001D Inspection certification.
  • Apply basic problem-solving (PDCA) to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and visual workplace management.
  • Assist in solving quality and production issues on the line.
  • Train other team members in various production activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
  • Able to work with chemicals.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Working knowledge of quality practices.
  • Meets vision requirements specified by the quality management system.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, as well as stand, walk, and lift throughout the day (up to 25 pounds).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Two years of experience in electronics assembly preferred.
  • One year of soldering experience preferred.
  • Inspection and training experience preferred.

Schedule

4 days on, 3 days off.
