Electronics Assembler
What You'll Do:
- Perform basic electronic assembly skills
- Have knowledge of proper soldering techniques including printed circuit assembly and basic wiring skills (a plus)
- Assemble simple mechanical/electro assemblies using soldering irons
- Work under microscope and/or other magnification device
- Work using a multimeter and other basic hand tools
- Work with epoxies and other types of adhesives
- Populate simple planner and/or through hole mount Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
- Wind magnet wire onto bobbin, and solder wires to magnet wire
- Interpret assembly drawings, soldering procedures, and manufacturing and assembly processes
- Work with production to maintain product flow
- Adhere to company documents
- Be able to maintain expected production rates
- Able to abide by safety guidelines set forth by OSHA, DEC, and Riverhawk Company
What We Need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of one year of experience in an electronics-related position is preferred, but not required
- The ability to work with all employees across all departments, including quality, engineering, and manufacturing
What You Get:
- Pay: $16.50 – 18.00 an hour (this range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skills, and education as they relate to the position's qualifications.)
