Electronics Assembler

Key Accountabilities
- Assemble and test modules, displays, and end devices according to production schedules
- Ensure all finished products meet EMIT’s quality and safety standards
- Review and communicate bill of material (BOM) discrepancies or quality concerns to the Production Manager
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with electrical components is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Reliable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for the duration of a shift
- Always use applicable PPE
- Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials
