About the role
Work as an integral part of a dynamic team conducting critical intelligence collection operations with advanced collection systems. This ops team received one of the Intelligence Community's highest awards and was recognized as Team of the Year by Leidos.
Responsibilities
- Leverage aviation and EW experience to develop tactics and techniques to counter emerging threats.
- Collaborate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development.
- Ensure client objectives are met by possessing an in-depth understanding of aircraft survivability and combat mission planning.
Requirements
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- The work schedule may be dynamic in nature.
- No overseas deployment is required.
Qualifications
- This position offers a qualified candidate the unique opportunity to make good use of years of military Electronic Warfare training and Aviation experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or 2-4 years additional experience) and minimum of 8 years aviation experience in Electronic Warfare desired.
- Graduate of military technical training courses such as Electronic Warfare Officer, Navy Aviation Electronic Warfare School, Air Battle Manager, or Navy Airborne Early Warning School.
- Recent Operational experience.
- Ts/Sci required.
Desired Skills
- Experience as an Air Force EWO/WSO (RC-135, P-8, EC-130 Compass Call), Air Force Air Battle Manager (AWACS, E-2C/D), Navy ECMO/WSO (EA-6B, EA-18G), or EP-3E LABOP or EWOP.
- Deployed operational experience as an airborne Electronic Warfare SME is highly desired.
- BS or BSE desired.
- Travel: ~10%.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
