About the role

The Electronic Warfare M&S Engineer plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing the modeling and simulation capabilities for the U.S. warfighter. This position requires expertise in signal processing, radar analysis, and the development of algorithms and software for Electronic Warfare techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new architecture models and frameworks for RF Spectrum modeling
  • Design, develop, evaluate, and improve M&S techniques, software, and algorithms
  • Utilize programming languages such as C, C++, MATLAB, and Python to model signal processing and Electronic Warfare techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge Electronic Warfare solutions
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Electronic Warfare environment for the warfighter

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in signal processing or radar analysis
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing, C++, and Python
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering a plus

Skills

  • Experience in Agile software development
  • Experience with statistical analysis, AI, and mathematical optimization
  • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare methods and analysis, mission analysis, and signals analysis

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
