Electronic Test Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on TE products for Engineering Evaluation and Qualifications.
- Prepare samples using hand tools and soldering techniques.
- Build test setups and equipment following mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.
- Utilize various mechanical measuring devices for product assembly and verification.
- Operate electronic testing equipment, including power supplies and specialized test instruments.
- Review and summarize test data.
- Write comprehensive test documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal product, development, and quality engineers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
What Your Background Should Look Like
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- An Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in product testing or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques.
- A strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with hands for extended periods.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with critical thinking abilities.
- The ability to work well in a team environment with diverse backgrounds.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to shifting priorities.

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,000 – 69,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
