Electronic Technician II - 4th Shift
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of electronic technicians in the assembly and testing of electronic components and systems
- Ensure all assembly processes are efficient and accurate, meeting quality standards and production targets
- Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with other departments, train and develop team members, monitor production metrics, and maintain a safe work environment
- Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters
- Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment
- Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required
- Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment
- Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair
- Disassemble, replace parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electronic assembly and testing
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field
- Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly processes
- Experience with quality control and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
About the Role
This role supports 4th shift operations:
- Thursday: 10pm – 6am
- Friday: 10pm – 10am
- Saturday: 10pm – 10am
- Sunday: 10pm – 6am
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $37.82/hour, not including any applicable shift differential.
