Electronic Systems - Co-Op Positions

Responsibilities

• Product Software: creating and managing the software that controls the operation of many Cummins’ products in a variety of end‑use applications.
• Software Tools: identification and understanding of stakeholder requirements, specifications and the design, implementation, testing and/or release of software that interact with Cummins’ products in a variety of customer applications.
• Hardware: creating and integrating electrical and electronic hardware essential to Cummins products; developing and validating electronic sensors, actuators, control units, harnesses, wiring practices, or control systems and associated analog and digital signals to ensure consistent operation.
• Product Performance & Controls Integration: tailoring electronic and electrical systems for Cummins products; translating product requirements into hardware and software technical requirements that control operation in various customer applications.
