Electronic Services Field Tech

Responsibilities

• Repair of electronic, POS, video and A/V equipment in field
• Installation of new equipment
• Preventative maintenance of existing systems
• Majority of work to be performed outdoors and sometimes in attic spaces
• Interact with guests by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned according to business need
• Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have four years experience in repair, installation and maintenance of electronic equipment including A/V, Communications, POS, Structured Cabling
• Have an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
• CAT 6 and fiber experience preferred
• Have a valid Driver’s License and able to meet company driving guidelines
• Have good knowledge of electronic theory
• Be able to work on hydraulic lifts and very tall coaster lifts using appropriate fall protection equipment
• Be comfortable working in high elevations
• Able to climb ladders, work off of lifts, towers and coaster lifts while servicing electronic equipment
• Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
• Be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis
• Engage in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights
• Be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat
• Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
• Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$19 per hour
