About the role
The Electronic Services Department is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls primarily pertaining to debit cards and basic financial transactions
- Respond to Chat and email inquiries
- Support the department with other various tasks as needed
Requirements
- Enjoy helping people
- Great communication skills with both members and co-workers
- Proficient in technology across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong clerical, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule
Schedule
Hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a full day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
