Electronic Equip Spec

Summary

Provides technical services to ensure safe and effective functioning of various electronic equipment and devices.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains equipment and related power systems to ensure compliance with codes, and to maintain a reliable system.
• Reviews and updates blueprints and plans.
• Writes appropriate reports to ensure proper documentation.
• Orders supplies necessary to maintain equipment and systems.
• Repairs and maintains other electronic equipment and systems as directed.
• Teaches, advises and assists maintenance mechanics in maintenance of electrical circuitry and terminal equipment.
• Tests electrical lighting, signal, communication and power circuits.
• Reads meters, gauges and automatic recording devices to check for proper operating conditions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Vocational/Specialized Training.
• Preferred: Journeyman Electrical Signal Certificate.
• 1 year of related experience.

Pay

$22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
