About the role

The role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, following a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely. This position is part of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line at BAE Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts and captures for next-generation capabilities within EAS Product Line.
  • Manage a large cross-functional program team, ensuring project financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management and customer interactions.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure development activities meet customer commitments.
  • Support the development of new business and proposal writing.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field and 12+ years of Program Management, technical leadership, or other relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading mid/large teams on development efforts of significant complexity.
  • Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions, and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.
  • Strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures.
  • Experience leading major software development and integration efforts.
  • Familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches.
  • Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules and Risk Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be cleared to Top Secret.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
