About the role
We are looking to add an experienced analyst in a particularly active area of work – Modeling and Simulation of Electronic Attack – to our Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the impact of electronic attack on air combat and strike weapon missions, using an assortment of analysis tools.
- Provide technical insight and innovation to support DoD programs interested in electronic attack.
- Regularly have direct communication with sponsors to provide context and influence decision making.
- Engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward initiative.
Requirements
- Meet our minimum qualifications with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or commensurate military or professional experience.
- Demonstrate excellence in performing electronic attack analysis in a simulated environment.
- Work effectively in a highly team-oriented environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
- Be skilled in conducting quantitative analysis, rapidly learning new and exciting concepts.
- Able to obtain the associated required Special Access Program (SAP) level access.
- Able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or commensurate military or professional experience.
- Have used analysis tools like the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) for conducting mission-level survivability and effectiveness analysis with electronic attack elements for combat aircraft and strike weapon systems.
- Have an active Top-Secret security clearance.

Pay
Minimum Rate: $100,000 Annually
Maximum Rate: $245,000 Annually
