About the role

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Regular Primary Function Assembler to join our team. The role involves assembling kits made of electrical/mechanical components and fasteners, performing assembly of cable/wire harnesses, integrating electrical/mechanical wire and components to meet IPC/WHMA-A-620 and 610 standards. The position requires the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, part numbers, and descriptions including markings and workmanship requirements for acceptability.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and bills of material
  • Assemble kits using kitting instructions
  • Assemble cable/wire harnesses using shop tools like wrenches, torque drivers, and hand tools
  • Accurately assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical/mechanical parts
  • Follow IPC-610 & 620 class 3 specifications for soldering and harnessing
  • Train and instruct co-workers on job training and fabrication setups
  • Fill forms, record data, verify count accuracy, and check assembly description, dimensions, and size
  • Handle confidential information and work effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies
  • Perform basic mathematical computations and analyze data
  • Multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate with 5-10 years technical experience in Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Army, Assembly, or similar backgrounds
  • Demonstrated knowledge of simplistic tasks associated with the fabrication and assembly of electronic and mechanical hardware assemblies
  • Some work experience as an assembler or apprentice considered a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening
  • Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to use general office equipment and follow a process
  • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service, and follow-up
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas
  • Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions
  • Ability to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to company's goals
