Electronic Assembler II

About the role

We are hiring an Electronic Assembler II to support our Operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting advanced electro-mechanical product assembly in a fast-paced production environment. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components including SMT and through hole
• Perform prototype assembly per drawings and specifications
• Support production assembly, testing, and inspection
• Perform board-level programming and functional testing
• Maintain material inventory and documentation per ISO procedures
• Kit production projects
• Partner with Purchasing and Quality to ensure timely and accurate builds
• Coordinate with suppliers to validate workmanship and part conformance
• Provide soldering best-practice guidance as needed
• Follow assembly and test procedures with precision

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of electronics manufacturing or assembly experience
• Strong soldering skills including SMT, through hole, and harnessing
• Experience with PCB assembly and testing
• Understanding of IPC A 610 or J STD 001 standards preferred
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and test procedures
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay

$23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
