Electronic Assembler

About the role

The Electronic Assembler is responsible for performing mechanical, optical, and electrical assembly and test operations that meet or exceed established company standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role works under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards.
• Work with team members to meet all assembly requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• +six months related experience and/or training.
• Experience with soldering (IPC J-STD-001 Certified preferred).
• Experience with ESD.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2000.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals.
• Read, write, and communicate in the English language.
