Electronic and Algorithmic Trading Risk Analyst/Associate
Core Responsibilities
- Review new Electronic Trading Systems or material changes to existing systems
- Facilitate the annual control attestation process
- Approval of automated control reviews and associated limits
- Review of relevant EAT incidents and facilitating cross functional reviews
- Supporting EAT Risk Framework and governance including: Development and maintenance of Risk Owned Policies and Procedures
- Support the running of Risk Committees
- Production of Management Information
Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required
- 2-4+ years of experience in Compliance, Market Risk, Operational Risk Management or Technology Risk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deliverables
- Ability to remain objective and to independently raise concerns and risk issues
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Preferred understanding of eTrading Markets and flows
Department Overview
The Electronic and Algorithmic Trading (EAT) Risk Management teams sits within the Market Risk function and is responsible for developing and operating the Global EAT Risk Framework. The Global EAT Risk Framework is designed to monitor risk (Financial and Non-Financial) arising from EAT Activity.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $125,000 annually. (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).
