Electromechanical Technician - MECHANIC

About the role

Mechanical Technician / Machine Builder – Perfect for mechanics, auto techs, marine techs, or anyone who enjoys working on and building machines. We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Technician to join our team building large, complex ultrasonic testing machines used in real-world industrial applications. If you enjoy working with your hands, figuring out how things work, and building equipment from the ground up, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical systems and components using shop tools
• Work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Build and help test custom machines (not repetitive assembly line work)
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments during builds
• Collaborate with a small, skilled team

Requirements

• Experience as a mechanic, technician, or machine builder
• Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, taps, torque tools, etc.)
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or mechanical drawings
• Strong problem‑solving mindset – someone who likes figuring things out
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in their work
