Responsibilities
- Modify programming under general guidance
- Participate in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment
- Perform troubleshooting of machinery and automation failures
- Provide feedback to enhance plant asset reliability
- Inspect and maintain packaging, processing, and utility systems
- Support continuous improvement efforts and other assigned duties
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial electrical and maintenance
- Basic proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with computer-based systems (PLCs, Windows, Linux)
- Fluency in English and being 18 or older
Preferred Skills
- Trade school, apprenticeship, or vocational high school background
- IT experience
