Role & Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and rework of PCBs and interconnects
- Device functional testing
- Machine shop and Electrical Tool operation & maintenance
- Rapid prototyping support & component 3D printing
- Electromechanical system wiring and assembly
Key qualifications
- Proficient at soldering and reworking components on PCBs
- Experience manufacturing interconnects between electrical components
- Machine shop tool proficiency
- Able to follow assembly SOPs and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and rework instructions
Preferred qualifications
- Solidworks experience
- Class III medical device experience
- Experience with using oscilloscopes, DMMs, other lab instruments
- Experience programming and maintaining PCBA assembly equipment
- Microcontrollers & basic board layout
- Robotics
- Experience working with surgical or biological requirements
- GD&T experience
