Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and rework of PCBs and interconnects
  • Device functional testing
  • Machine shop and Electrical Tool operation & maintenance
  • Rapid prototyping support & component 3D printing
  • Electromechanical system wiring and assembly

Key qualifications

  • Proficient at soldering and reworking components on PCBs
  • Experience manufacturing interconnects between electrical components
  • Machine shop tool proficiency
  • Able to follow assembly SOPs and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and rework instructions

Preferred qualifications

  • Solidworks experience
  • Class III medical device experience
  • Experience with using oscilloscopes, DMMs, other lab instruments
  • Experience programming and maintaining PCBA assembly equipment
  • Microcontrollers & basic board layout
  • Robotics
  • Experience working with surgical or biological requirements
  • GD&T experience
