What You’ll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree in a related field OR journeyman’s card
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes
• Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment
• Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements)
• Nice to have: Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens), Knowledge of AC/DC motors, HVAC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools, Strong communication and teamwork skills, Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking
• Occasional sitting, reaching, and forceful motion
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Minimal climbing and occasional lifting over 100 lbs
• Able to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
