About the Role
Perform electrical and electro-mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot databases, panels, motors, pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), lighting, and control systems. Handle electrical wiring, testing, repair, and breakdown maintenance. Support basic HVAC electrical maintenance. Follow safety, permit-to-work (PTW), and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or electro-mechanical maintenance
- Facility management experience required
- Immediate joining preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (Electrical/Mechanical background preferred)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
