Electro-Mechanical Technician
for each heading only if there is real content. We must not repeat job title. We need to preserve all substantive info. We have content: About Amp Americas (company description) maybe not needed? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph about company? Possibly not needed but it's substantive. The sections: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities, Additional Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Technical Capabilities?), Skills (Technical Capabilities?), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (Hourly Base Pay Range), Schedule (maybe not present). There's no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to remove boilerplate: Disclaimer, EEO, etc. Also remove "Visit ampamericas.com." maybe keep? It's part of About Amp Americas. Might keep as part of company description but not required. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we can keep company description as it's not boilerplate. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert lists.
Let's extract:
Company description: "Founded in 2011, Amp Americas builds, manages, operates and maintains RNG production facilities that convert dairy waste into carbon-negative hydrogen, renewable transportation fuel and power. The vertically-integrated company leverages over a decade of unique expertise and specialized experience in carbon-negative fuel development, operations, services and marketing to deliver comprehensive, turn-key solutions that address greenhouse gas emissions and seek to improve air, land and water quality. Visit ampamericas.com."

- Competitive compensation including significant productivity bonus that is paid out monthly and quarterly
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance

We need sections: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities + Additional Responsibilities maybe combined), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Technical Capabilities?), Skills (maybe also Technical Capabilities?), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (Hourly Base Pay Range). We should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for each.
We could have:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... (all responsibilities)
Requirements
- ... (minimum requirements)
Technical Skills
- ... (technical capabilities)
Benefits
- ... (what we offer excluding pay?)
Pay
Hourly Base Pay Range: $40-45/hour
We might also include Working Conditions & Physical Requirements as a section? Could be part of Requirements or separate. Could be a section "Working Conditions". But we have no heading for that in list; but we could create a section if we have content. The instruction: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. We could add a section for Working Conditions if we want. But better to keep to those examples. However we have substantive content for Working Conditions; we could fold into Requirements or a separate section "Working Conditions". Since not in examples, maybe better to incorporate into Requirements (as part of requirements). But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Working Conditions into Requirements. Thus Requirements section will include both minimum requirements and working conditions. Similarly, we could combine Technical Capabilities into Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "varies" etc. In Working Conditions we have "Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed (varies from daily to infrequently)". That includes "varies". That's a phrase we might want to keep? It's part of the content. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It refers to headings with filler text, not necessarily to content containing the word "varies". It's okay to keep the phrase as it's part of description. However we might want to keep it as is. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
About the role
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will lead operations in installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining all instrumentation and mechanical equipment. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
Maybe also include company description? Could be a preceding paragraph before About the role? Not required but could be included as abefore headings. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph about company as metadata. Let's include a
before sections: "Founded in 2011, Amp Americas builds, manages, operates and maintains RNG production facilities that convert dairy waste into carbon-negative hydrogen, renewable transportation fuel and power. The vertically-integrated company leverages over a decade of unique expertise and specialized experience in carbon-negative fuel development, operations, services and marketing to deliver comprehensive, turn-key solutions that address greenhouse gas emissions and seek to improve air, land and water quality. Visit ampamericas.com." That seems fine. Now Responsibilities: combine essential duties and additional responsibilities. We'll list each as
- . Make sure to preserve all details. Let's write them.
