About the role
We're building a maintenance operation that runs on a plan, not on adrenaline. This position offers a chance to shift from reactive emergency repairs to planned, predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
- Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
Requirements

Pay
$27.00–$44.80/hour based on experience, plus shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shift
Schedule
Hiring on all shifts: 1st (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), 2nd (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.), and 3rd (10:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.). Enjoy a predictable rotating schedule with every other weekend off and built-in overtime opportunities as part of your regular schedule.
