Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment at Waupaca Foundry & Castings. This position requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Understanding of industrial automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of 32 - 40 USD per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
