About the role
This role involves performing electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including soldering, component installation, wiring, and testing of units such as power supplies, PC boards, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to assemble components accurately.
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, and test instruments to mount, connect, and secure electronic parts.
- Perform inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and rework of assemblies to meet quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain detailed production records.
- Support assembly tasks such as encapsulating, cleaning, and bonding as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma with vocational or technical training and 2-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in hand soldering, component mounting, and basic electrical testing.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and safety skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and relevant software tools is preferred.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to high ethical standards.
Pay
Salary range of $39,000 to $52,000, with consideration of experience and skills.
