Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Aerospace

Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $37.24/hr
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift (based on business needs)
Contract: 4 Month assignment with potential for extension or conversion; overtime available

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies and product chassis
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Assemble, inspect, solder, and rework electronic and mechanical components
• Use precision tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers
• Support quality inspections, documentation, and rework activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience reading blueprints and manufacturing work instructions
• Electronics, PCB, electro-mechanical assembly, and soldering experience preferred
• Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, ESD practices, and clean room environments is a plus
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance (clearance not required to start)
