Electrician-Troubleshooting/Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with critical electrical systems that keep our operations running: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
• Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems
• Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components
• Diagnose issues using advanced tools (ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and more)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards
• Support and guide team members in installation and repair work

Requirements

• Electrician experience
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders/scaffolding, lifting, walking, long hours
• Strong troubleshooting mindset—you fix problems, not avoid them
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
• Attention to detail, especially with wiring and color distinction
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• You take pride in your craft and have accountability and ownership
