We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes company description, location, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Description & Requirements: includes company description, location, etc. Could be "About the role" maybe includes description of role and location. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "What You Need To Succeed" includes experience, testing, overtime, desire to learn, decision making, communication, team player, safety. - Minimum Qualifications: list of credentials. - Skills: maybe "Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs..." etc. - Benefits: "We offer a competitive wage ranging from $33.79 to $45.86 and a full benefits package." Also mention benefits package but not details. - Pay: The compensation details: wage range and progression details. So we have specific pay numbers. - Schedule: "Ability to work rotating shifts (southern swing)" maybe schedule info. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug screening note? The drug screening is part of hiring process; maybe we can keep? It's not boilerplate? It's a requirement but could be considered part of hiring process. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove. The drug screening note maybe not boilerplate but it's a condition; could keep? Might be considered part of hiring process but not explicitly prohibited. Safer to keep if it's substantive? It's a condition of employment. I'd keep it maybe under Requirements or Qualifications? But it's not a qualification; it's a condition. Could be placed under Requirements as a bullet? Might be okay. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation plant maintenance to include preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshooting plant equipment.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics, loop sheets, process and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Understand and troubleshoot various forms of control logic, such as ladder logic, and function block diagrams.
  • Use and understand various types of test equipment such as calibration equipment, digital multi-meters, megohmmeters, etc.
  • Possess a working knowledge of electrical safety precautions and procedures for example, LOTO, NFPA-70E.
  • Troubleshoot and repair of all electrical and control equipment throughout the mill.
  • Use of data historian software.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (southern swing).
  • Perform duties as part of the Incident Response Team and participate as a fire brigade member.

Requirements

  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Honeywell and Valmet DCS, Allen Bradley Powerflex Drives, and/or GE DC Drives preferred.
  • Pass written testing requirements.
  • Available to work overtime as required.
  • Strong desire and willingness to learn the equipment.
  • Decision making and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Highly motivated, conscientious, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work safely.
  • Undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED plus Virginia Career Readiness Certificate, and at least one of the below credentials:
    • 2 Year technical Degree or associate’s degree
    • 5+ years industrial electrical experience
    • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
    • Appropriate Military Technical Training
    • Certificate of Apprenticeship
But we need to avoid nested
maybe okay but could be considered list inside list. Could flatten: list items with sub-items using dash? Better to keep as separate
for qualifications and then each credential as
    • . Could do:

      Qualifications

      • High School or GED plus Virginia Career Readiness Certificate, and at least one of the following:
        • 2 Year technical Degree or associate’s degree
        • 5+ years industrial electrical experience
        • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
        • Appropriate Military Technical Training
        • Certificate of Apprenticeship
But nested lists may be okay. However spec didn't forbid nested. We'll keep simple: separate
for qualifications and then each credential as separate
      • with preceding text? Could do:

        Qualifications

        • High School or GED plus Virginia Career Readiness Certificate.
        • At least one of the following:
          • 2 Year technical Degree or associate’s degree
          • 5+ years industrial electrical experience
          • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
          • Appropriate Military Technical Training
          • Certificate of Apprenticeship
But again nested. Maybe better to have a paragraph then a list. We'll do:

        Qualifications

High School or GED plus Virginia Career Readiness Certificate, and at least one of the following:

        • 2 Year technical Degree or associate’s degree
        • 5+ years industrial electrical experience
        • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
        • Appropriate Military Technical Training
        • Certificate of Apprenticeship
That seems fine. Now Skills: Could be the experience with specific PLCs etc. But we already have that in Requirements. Could combine? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could merge Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have separate sections for Skills maybe not needed if content overlaps. However we have "Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs..." which is a skill. Could put under Skills section. But we already have Requirements includes that. To avoid duplication, we could move that to Skills and keep Requirements more about soft skills. Let's decide. We have: - Requirements: "What You Need To Succeed" includes experience with specific PLCs, testing, overtime, desire to learn, decision making, communication, team player, safety. - Skills: Could be the technical experience list. But we can combine: maybe have Requirements include both technical and soft. Then we may not need Skills section. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. If we combine, we still have content. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Benefits maybe we have "full benefits package" but no details; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "We offer a competitive wage ranging from $33.79 to $45.86 and a full benefits package." That's mention of benefits package but no detail. Is that enough to create Benefits section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "full benefits package" but no specifics. Might be considered stating benefits exist, but not details. The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (benefits package). So we could include Benefits section with that statement. However we also have Pay section with wage range and progression details. So we will include Benefits. Schedule: "Ability to work rotating shifts (southern swing)" is schedule info. So we include Schedule. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have none. Now ensure we don't repeat job title. Not using. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
