The Talent Acquisition Partner at Rosendin is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for various positions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies
  • Building relationships with leadership teams and serving as a partner throughout the process
  • Networking, cold calling, and engaging with passive candidates
  • Handling confidential information professionally and managing job postings and announcements
  • Maintaining applicant files and complying with company policies and regulations
  • Managing college recruitment programs and assisting with the immigration process (H1-B)

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS databases (Taleo preferred)

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Additional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP)
