Electrician Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, or part-time staffing for positions with Rosendin. This includes managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, developing and implementing recruiting programs, building relationships with leadership teams, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Building solid relationships with leadership teams and serving as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
• Proactively networking, cold calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets
• Handling confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality
• Interacting with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors
• Managing college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative
• Managing job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Maintaining applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations
• Retaining records in line with company record retention requirements
• Developing and maintaining statistical and/or compliance reporting
• Aiding in the immigration process (H1-B)

Requirements

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline; bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus. Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience. Experience with an HRIS and ATS database (Taleo preferred).

• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Oracle a plus
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
• Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
• Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
