Electrician Recruiter
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Rosendin is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for various positions. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies
- Building relationships with leadership teams and serving as a partner throughout the recruiting process
- Networking, cold calling, and engaging with passive candidate networks
- Handling confidential information professionally and maintaining company confidentiality
- Interacting with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors
- Managing college recruitment program initiatives
- Maintaining applicant files and managing job postings and announcements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Assisting with the immigration process (H1-B)

Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with an HRIS and ATS database (Taleo preferred)
Preferred qualifications include:
- Additional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP)
