Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards.
• Maintain a clean working area to increase customer loyalty.
• Educate customers and offer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately or scheduled.
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects.
• Document work completed with before‑and‑after photos.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods.
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality‑control testing, and troubleshoot.
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device.
• Capability to work safely in outdoor heat and cold, on ladders and/or roofs at medium to high heights.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes.
