Electrician Journeyman 3rd shift 12-8a.m. (40365)

Primary Duties

• Install, service, and troubleshoot plant electrical systems, electronic systems, PLCs, and computer-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and electronic equipment across the facility.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Assist in installing new equipment, wiring, conduit, control panels, and electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (2 years) in electric control circuits or electronic technology
• Industrial service field experience (2 years) preferred OR Completed approved electrical apprenticeship program, with proof of completion
• Must have 4 years of on-the-job training included in the program
