About the role
A full-time daytime position is available for an Electrician Instructor at Penn Commercial Business/Technical School.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach classes in the Electrician program focusing on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems.
- Teach courses including Fundamentals of Electricity, AC/DC Circuits, NEC, Residential and Commercial Wiring, Motor Controls, Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Programmable Logic Controllers, Motor Maintenance, and Alternative Energy.
- Receive orientation and training before teaching begins.
- Provide all necessary tools and resources to instructors.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in the field of electrician.
- An earned degree as an Electrician.
- Clean background check.
