Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Wire HVAC units according to customer and engineering specifications.
• Install and connect electrical panels, switches, motors, and other electrical components.
• Independently wire motors and units, run conduit, and assist with control panel wiring.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues encountered during assembly.
• Perform final inspections of completed units to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain familiarity with electrical inventory and line stock requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.

Required Education & Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical training is required.
• Postsecondary electrical coursework is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• An Electrical Journeyman certification or 7–10 years of electrical experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and working with electrical diagrams and wiring schematics is required.
• Experience installing and running conduit, including EMT, Rigid, Liquid Tight, and Flex conduit is required.
• Experience working with HVAC equipment is preferred.
