Electrician I/II - Facilities

Salary Range

$21.10-$26.90

Job Summary

Performs responsible journey level electrical work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair work of equipment, machinery, power appliances, fixtures, or other electrical components. Work is performed under the supervision of a technical supervisor and is subject to review while in progress and upon completion for compliance with acceptable electrical standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Electrician I

- High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and two (2) years electrical experience required; or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. - Some positions may require a valid Florida Driver's License prior to employment.

Electrician II

- High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and four (4) years electrical experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Must possess an Orange County Journeyman Electrician Competency card or equivalent. - Some positions may require a valid Florida Driver's License prior to employment.
