Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver residential and light commercial electrical work
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners
• Help recruit and develop your team
• Grow revenue in your market

Requirements

• Licensed electrician (or strong field experience)
• Proven ability to sell or desire to grow into sales
• Leadership mindset -- you take ownership, not just direction
• High accountability and work ethic
• You've thought about running your own shop someday
