Trademasters Service, an award‑winning federal contractor with over 30 years of experience, is seeking motivated electricians to join its fast‑growing team. The position supports complete facility operations management, maintenance, and repairs for a wide range of systems in premium government, commercial, and residential buildings.

Headquarters – 7208 Lockport Place, Lorton, VA 22079

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam, boilers, UPS, generators, custodial, grounds, pest control, fire control systems, elevators, gates, bollards, and architectural/structural building systems.
• Respond to service calls and provide on‑site support for both routine and emergency situations.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and NEC codes to ensure compliant installations and repairs.
• Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics, and safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service, clearly explaining issues and solutions to clients and coworkers.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, and government environments.
• Journeyman or Master electrician license highly preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and regulations.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics.
• Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass federal pre‑employment drug screening, random drug checks, and background checks for secured federal sites.
• Strong professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures.

Pay

$18 – $48+ per hour, based on experience and licensing level.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, starting at 7 AM and working until the job is finished (hours vary). Flexibility required for overtime and on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekends.
