Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a dynamic team setting
• Work in commercial, residential, and property management environments
• Assist in acquiring necessary licenses
• Conduct background and drug screenings
• Provide positive and professional behavior
• Use hand tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
• Manage low voltage systems and adhere to NEC regulations
• Handle residential and commercial service electrician tasks
• Comply with basic code requirements for wiring and lighting
• Read and interpret electrical prints or schematics
• Ensure safety and accuracy in all work performed
• Keep detailed and accurate records

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience
• Preferred professional license (company will assist in obtaining)
• Positive attitude and neat personal appearance
• Experience with electrical schematics and proficiency in hand tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Basic code compliance in electrical duties and wiring
• Knowledge of circuits and lighting, including site and LED lighting
• Ability to interact positively with fellow employees
• Leadership qualities and ability to maintain a neat vehicle
• Skills in troubleshooting electrical issues
• Safe and conscientious work practices
• Accurate record keeping
