Responsibilities

• Work in the commercial, residential, and property management environments
• Use hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Work with low voltage systems and adhere to NEC regulations
• Perform residential and commercial service electrician duties
• Read and interpret prints or schematics
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Keep a neat personal appearance and vehicle
• Participate in cooperative interactions with fellow employees
• Lead by example in electrical troubleshooting and safety

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience
• Professional license (preferred, assistance provided)
• Background and drug screen required
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Electrical experience, including working with schematics
• Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
• Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Certified in basic code compliant wiring, circuits, and lighting
• Experience with site and LED lighting
• Ability to perform work safely and conscientiously
