About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems
• Work with building management and contractors to plan and execute projects
• Follow all relevant codes and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment
• Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
