Electrician

About the Role

Join a leading agricultural innovation team as an Electrician, responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation of facilities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and scheduled inspections
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols, including OSHA and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with program leaders to enhance electrical safety programs
• Recommend process or hardware improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Electrical License
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Valid driver's license and computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work in elevated areas, outdoors, and in various conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays during peak times

Preferred Skills

• Master Licensed Electrician
• Experience with automation, PLC systems, industrial maintenance, and work order systems
