Electrician

About the Role

The Licensed Electrician I performs electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and electrical schematics
• Install and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC standards
• Layout conduit runs and lighting systems
• Install motor feeders and related equipment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and apprentices
• Participate in safety audits and toolbox talks
• Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and training requirements
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety
• Provide technical assistance and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprint analysis, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Schedule

Work hours vary based on customer needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel may be required (60-75%).
