Electrician

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. This includes troubleshooting electrical issues, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with local codes.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical wiring and equipment
• Perform inspections to ensure safety and compliance with codes
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Minnesota Electrician’s License
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical theory and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Experience with various types of electrical systems

Pay

$25 - $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
