Maintenance Electrician

Overseeing all maintenance electrical issues and ensuring all repairs are done per NEC.

Coinciding with repairs with supervisors to ensure repairs are done in a timely manner.

Aid in training other technicians with electrical problem solving.

General Facility Maintenance/PM's

Aid with mechanical repairs throughout distillery.

Ensure all PMs are being performed per the schedule.

Check in with all department heads periodically to address any maintenance issues.

Respond to any issues in a timely manner and make the appropriate repairs.

Coooperate with Distillery and Warehouse supervisors for any downtime work.

Understand and maintain proper operations of boiler, Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, water softener, chiller and cooling tower.

Show working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Inventory Management

Produce and maintain list of all electrical inventory items.

Perform periodic audits to confirm inventory is accurate.

Manage removal of items from inventory are appropriate and replaced as necessary.

Communication

Aid in training technicians in the electrical field.

Communicate electrical problems and solutions with supervisor.

Aid in relaying necessary information on projects and specialized instructions.

Qualifications

Must have a masters or journeyman electrical license with 6 years of experience.
