About the role
This position is a regular, full-time role with benefits eligibility. It involves working within various industries including Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical systems in construction applications and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to the National Electrical Code and read and interpret manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
- Use and maintain hand and power tools, as well as electrical and electronic test equipment.
- Show strong communication skills and use basic electronic technology for entering time and safety reports.
- Uphold safety as the top priority and support the goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, stable contractor, innovative, culturally diverse, growth-oriented culture, and safety and ethical standards.
- Participate in employee-owned stock purchase and 401K match programs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Able to perform all types of electrical installation work and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Three years of electrical installation experience preferred.
- Desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
- Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
- Ability to self-start, display a solid work ethic, and respect others.
- Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Past leadership experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Maintain a consistent workload involving moderate manual labor.
- Travel to various construction sites, exposing you to outdoor elements, noise, and the need to stand and walk.
- Safely operate equipment as required to perform electrical installations (ladders, lifts, hand and power tools, vehicles, etc.).

Pay
Total compensation for Electricians is dependent on experience and knowledge.
