Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems for Residential Homes & Multifamily Buildings.
• Residential and Multifamily Electrical experience required.
• Must have proven skill to interpret blueprints and other project documents.
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to ensure and maintain safe projects to meet company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain personal knowledge of NEC Code & installed products.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Complete rough-in to include measuring, cutting, and pulling wire.
• Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person.
• Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ electrical experience.
• Must have knowledge of the NEC Code.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License.
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Highly knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the Electrical Construction Industry.
• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds.
• Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements.
